The Representative to the Executive Board of the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) Caucus is entrusted with advancing the stated interests and initiatives of the international body of multi-racial members of the IAFA who may self-identify as not being of solely or predominantly European descent.  Attempting to uphold these international and multiethnic concerns and goals is not a task that can be carried out without outstanding contributions of support from both BIPOC Caucus Membership and the BIPOC Caucus's Allies on behalf of the BIPOC Caucus's goals of racial inclusivity throughout the activities, initiatives and offices of the IAFA.  In recognition of extraordinary efforts made to further the BIPOC Caucus's goals, the Representative may name both Exemplary Allies and Members who have served the community as Uplifters.
