The conference hotel for future ICFAs is the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside.

The room rate for our 2026 conference is $157 per night (added fees such as taxes will apply). Book your room as soon as possible using the Reservations link below in order to assure you receive our special discounted rate.

Reasons to stay at the Marriott

  • Be close to the action where those serendipitous encounters may more easily occur.
  • Help IAFA maintain lower costs, especially considering the season, by helping us meet our hotel room commitment, which helps to pay for presentation, meeting, Bookroom, and other special event spaces.
  • The Marriott will give you free Internet/WiFi in-rooms if you join the Marriott Rewards program (Bonvoy) at any level.

Reservations

The hotel usually sells out, so book as soon as hotel information is available. Click here to be redirected to the Registration page with the link for booking for your room or use this link for 2026 hotel reservations: Book your room at the Marriott.

For reservations, use the online link directly above; call the hotel’s toll-free number: 1-800-380-6751, dial direct: 407-851-9000; use the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside website (for rooms not offered at the conference rate, such as an extra large room or one of the Presidential Hospitality Suites); or use the Bonvoy app (the app may not offer the conference rate).

Airport Shuttle

The Airport Marriott Lakeside supplies free airport shuttle service from Orlando International. If you would like to take advantage of the free hotel shuttle from the Orlando (MCO) airport, call 407-851-9000 and tell them which terminal you are calling from (A or B); then go down to the shuttle pickup point they specify. Pickup time varies depending on traffic at the airport. Please note that the shuttle is not handicapped accessible. The shuttle number is no longer available at the airport so be sure to note it now.
